Straight answers.

Yes — you build estimates using line items that match the work. Removal, trimming, cabling, and stump grinding are separate items you can mix on any job. There's no locked template.
Climbers can add site logs through any phone browser — no app download needed. Individual crew clock-in with time tracking is on the roadmap for Q1 2027.
There's no dedicated emergency workflow. Storm jobs run through the same estimate-to-invoice flow — you can mark them as high priority in the lead pipeline and move fast.
Not yet. QuickBooks sync is planned for Q1 2027. You can export invoices as CSV or PDF today and bring them into your accounting software manually.
E-signature is not built in today. Customers can approve estimates via a text or email link. Native e-sign is on the roadmap.
TreeRole is fully web-responsive — it works on any smartphone browser without installing anything. A native iOS/Android app is planned for a future release.
